Our Hawks love to show off their reading with these hard-earned brag tags, which they display on a necklace or keychain. After reading one of the SSYRA books, students may take the brag tag quiz to demonstrate their learning. This is an optional reading incentive program for our students.

SSYRA Junior
NOTE: For SSYRA junior books, we will be reading the 10 picture books aloud in the media center. Students may check out any of the 5 independent reader titles to read independently or with families. This year, those titles are:

2. The Greatest in the World by Ben Clanton
3. Awesome Orange Birthday by Mitali Ruths
4. Worm and Caterpillar are Friends by Kaz Windness
5.Henry Like Always by Jenn Bailey
After reading, students can earn a brag tag by completing one activity from the menu to turn in (linked below). Please read all instructions carefully and turn in to Mrs. Espinoza in the Media Center.
